Quick answers to common questions about your neuralduct workspace.

How do I invite my team?
Open Settings → Team, enter a colleague's email and pick a role, then send the invite. They'll get an email to join your workspace. Team plans are on the Business tier.
Where do I set my quote pricing and payment details?
All of it lives in Settings → Business — company details, payment/bank details, labour rate and markups, and the field-app quote defaults. These flow into your quotes and invoices automatically.
How do I change my plan or add team seats?
Go to Settings → Billing. Workspace owners can add seats there (billed at $15 AUD/month each); everyone else sees their current plan and renewal.
Which apps are included?
Canvas (duct design), Dispatch (scheduling) and Books (invoicing & quotes) all ship together in your neuralduct subscription. The Customer Portal — a branded space for customers to view reports, approve quotes and pay invoices — is an add-on.
How do I track equipment maintenance and refrigerant?
Use Service & compliance — a maintenance tracker (with next-due reminders that surface in your notifications) and a refrigerant charge/recovery log.
Is my data private to my account?
Yes. Every read and write is enforced by row-level security, so your projects, customers, invoices and records are scoped to you (and your workspace, if you're on a team). Nobody outside your account can see them.
How do I export a design or report?
Open the design in Canvas and use its export options for a PDF report or PNG. Export defaults (paper size, sections) live in Canvas under Preferences → Export.
